Hi there everyone! We made it back to Ohio safely! Traveling can be a tiring process, it usually takes a couple of days
to get back in the swing of things, plus we have the two hour time change to deal with. And... it's colder here, lol,
when we left it was 93 degrees, when we arrived it was in the high 20's, low 30's... a big difference!
The crew has been continuing working on the column extensions, that will take a couple weeks to get done.
We've been busy already, seeing family and friends. Trying to schedule meetings to talk to people about our mission.
Surprising the grandboys getting off the bus (fun stuff!!), babysitting, just trying to catch up on everything that's been
going on since the first of the year. Thinking about our taxes and things I need to get ready for that. Looking at my list
of things to do, things I want to do, and prioritizing them.
My laptop has officially been retired. It's not worth fixing so I'm going to look at other options. I'm using our desktop
at home now for this update.
It's looking more and more like we may get the job in La Ceiba! They have purchased the property and we're going to
schedule to meet again as soon as we get back in Honduras, probably the last part of April! God is good!
We just made the plunge and purchased a new laptop! It is smaller, lighter and a lot faster than the old one!
It is Sunday, and I don't have a lot of new things to say, sorry. I'm so thankful for the words of encouragement that we get
when we're sharing with people. The people at church know what we're doing so we get a lot of "welcome backs", "how are
things going", we're proud of what you're doing", I can't believe you actually went, that is so amazing"! That helps to fill
our hearts and minds knowing we have your support! Thank you so very much! God is good!
Next week is Holy Week in Honduras, the crew normally would work until noon on Wednesday then have the rest of the
week off. They're going to work extra on Monday and Tuesday then have the rest of the week off! I'm not sure what I'll
receive for pictures, I'll have to come up with something for you to look at.
Thankful for you all and very thankful God has put you in our lives!
Blessings, John and Tammy
